b)Through internal advertising/Internal refernce.
c)Through job Portals
d)Through social networking websites like facebook,Orkut etc.
e)Through proffessional networking websites like Linkedin and Citehr.
f)Recruitment Agencies
The steps are:-
a)You must be aware of the ongoing positions for your firm and prepare job templates like:-
Template can cover the following in brief:-
Designation:
Qualification:-
Experience:
Reporting to:-
Job Responsibilities:
Once this is done
b)Start sourcing for the profiles
c)Tele call the candidates and fix for the interviews.
d)Once Interview is scheduled and conducted successfully,salary negotiation is over the employee can be asked to join on the due date with prerequisite documents.
Rest are postjoining formalities.
