Dear Friends, Timesjobs removed there select all candidate option for bulk emailing, now we have to select one by one candidate profile and then we can forward email to them through timesjobs, meaning as we were selecting 100 candidates one time with one click of mouse now we have to click our mouse 100 time for that,
It will take lot of time to contact 1000 candidate by email through timesjobs, and even they removed this option from there current customers account those are using there services, do you think is it right that they are now not flowing there offer that they soled and committed to there customers.
They did very wrong with recruitment professionals, Please give your opinion on it ,

If it is a written contract, with laid down terms and conditions and a payable service. Yes their act is wrong. If not, they have their right on their pages...

That's the reason, all the service provider websites mentioned in their terms & conditions in the last line, the management deserves the right to change, amend, alter, add or remove any of the services provided to their customers without any prior notice. With such clause, they can escape from maximum litigations and suits being filed against them.

Hi Amit and Amanvbs,
As correctly mentioned by S Bhaskar, they can make changes in the services without any prior notice, the clause mentioned says it all.
But what i would like to suggest is, organise a meeting with their Sr. managers and deal with this issue with maturity, tell them about the difficulties and problems such change is causing, i'm sure they will work out on it once the feedback is clearly given.
As you are facing this problem , there might be other companies as well, so once the feedback reach them through a right channel, they will work it out...

Dear Archana and Bhaskar,
you both are absolutely right, but can you tell me that if someone took there services of bulk email and they will stop that it self then what will be use of that services, for recruitment company or for any other company hr those take services of jobportals they take data base, bulk email, job posting, by which they search candidate , they advertise job opening , so if jobsite will stop any of these services for them, so what is use of these job portals, and there is only main three type of use of jobsite , so how they can do, yes if they change limit of bulkemal, limited use of data base, limited job posting that u can say change in services , but if they stop complete bulk email , or job posting or search on data base , THAT IS NOT CHANGE OF SERVICES, THAT CALL COMPANY IS NOT READY TO GIVE THERE PRODUCT TO CLIENT.

i can say aman s right , there is a big difference in change in services and not providing services. and aman is right as stoping bulk email services is wrong , they can do some change in that but if they sold there product with 12 lac bulk emails offer then they dont have to stop it, it is out of business ethics.

Dear all

When we take up services , we are promised certain facilities and features.

Then going on withdrawing one by one feature and reducing customer level of ease.

Imposing whims and fancy of some funny brain on customers , depriving them of promised features, is BREACH OF AGREEMENT.

One example of such harassment is.....

Sending multiple emails to prospective resources have been stopped. ONE HAS TO SEND ONE MAIL . (You are reducing client to clerk level!!)

Another example : If one writes website address of the company in mail, the mails are considered as spam and are not processed.

You being online portal !!! Do not want other companies (your customers) to tell prospective resources about yourself!!

What a preposterous gesture towards who are paying you and THATS WHY PORTAL IS ALIVE.....

Will some one understand in todays world you need to provide more facilities to customers who are loyal to you BUT here it is opposite.

Looks like TimesJobs management is thinking that THE DATA IS THEIR PROPERTY AND Customers are their SUBJECTS AND MANAGEMENT IS DOING FAVOUR TO WE CUSTOMERS !!

We expect to resume all services promised and which were active at the time of agreement.

Failure in doing so will force us to resort to legal means.

Please note that the data you are providing is NOT TIMESJOBS Proprietary material.

You are just middle men, who are providing ease to two interested parties ( Employer and resources) and you are being paid for acting as middle man. Please STOP being moral / ethical police of the section of society. There are others who are doing that job.

You please do your job by understanding it correctly and provide proper services to we customers !!

DO NOT FORGET THAT PROPER SERVICES IS OUR RIGHT AS WE HAVE PAID FOR THE SERVICES.

Thanks

hi Anuranjan,
I agree with Archna, have a chat with their seniors and see a way out. Pushing the buck is simple dealing with the problem is difficult, but sometimes a nice talk could work your way out
