Dear Anjana, I don’t think they are offering you HR Executive post. Cab handling is the part of admin. You can not learn there anything related to HR. Regards, Sanjeev

Dear Ms. Anjana,
Thanks for written here.
Basically HR segment is also taking care of admin activities & since reception is part of Gen. Admin arena, HR is obriously responsible for that.Apart from this if ur beginner of HR, so this is my modest suggestion to you tat never say tat 'This is not my job'.
Ok.
Plz feel free to ask if any clarification.

Dear Anjana,
None of the work mentioned in the given job description is related to HR...
The job profile is basically for an Administration executive...you have not mentioned your background in terms of qualification and number of years of experience you have???
If you really want to take up this job...the designation can be changed to Administration executive rather than HR executive...
Regards,

From India, Delhi
Yes i agree with archana. This JD seems to be Receptionist/Admin related but no where related to HR. Kindly check your offer letter that whether they mentioned any designation related to hr and if your are interested in this profile then go ahead and learn something but still you are not interested in job responsibility means kinldy ignore this offer without job involvement no need to join.

Anjana, It is better to drop it because it is no where related to HR. So please try to search for better option. Regards Kavitha.K HR recruiter

Anjana,
Never and ever blindly accept any offer. See the scope of your growth first. Have a thorough idea of what your job profile is. Later decide. Never forget the time and effort an HR places in recruiting a candidate.

Greetings,
I second Archna, please share your background.
This job is includes a admin coordinator's responsibilities. Nevertheless, what are your other options? Are you a fresher with no experience? Are you working somewhere and have any other parallel offer to weigh this ?
How big is this organization and what are the options for Horizontal growth? How long do you need to work in one role to move into another? What are chances for you to shift into other roles?
Incase you are a fresher and have no other job offers, you can consider this as a stop gap arrangement . It would give you a sneak peak to the HR processes and prepare you to deliver in other roles. However, it entirely depends on what you have been working or studying so far.
Looking forward to hear from you.
Regards,
