Strategy Inc. offers a 2 day open residential workshop on “Enhancing Executive EQ” for Leaders on 10th and 11th June, 2011 (Friday and Saturday) at Mumbai (3 star Resort at Panvel). This proposal comes to you after our tremendous success with 75 Emotional Intelligence programmes for leaders in the largest IT Company in India last five years and coaching several individuals in developing Emotional Intelligence applying three models separately and in combination.
Please peruse the workshop details in the attached brochure. After deliberating on outcomes, we would request you to nominate anyone or several leaders or small Teams for this workshop.
The workshop guarantees enhance EQ Skills in Organizational Setting. This workshop involves pre and post work.
This proposal involves the spouses of participants as well, where in three important – for life modules will be covered which are as under :
