I did manage to create an agreement while offering training services for a client.
It was indeed disappointing that I received no replies despite 35 views. Mr. Divekar was kind enough to provide a document.
The client was satisfied with this agreement. So I am sharing this here.
I'm however in the process of finalising it with a company lawyer and then make a final draft of the agreement for my company.
