I am working on developing HR Policy and Procedure for an organization based in middle east. I need some support, ideas as I want to develop a FORM which a Line Manager fill when an employee submit his resignation.
What I want to cover and as I mentioned in title, Line Manager should review what went wrong and what need to be done to avert any feature occurrence of loosing key human assets. Ideally I will like to cover :
1. LM’s assessment of an individual
2. LM’s assessment of circumstances described by an individual leading to resignation
3. LM to clearly categories the circumstances either internal or external
4. LM assessment whether such circumstances are manageable
5. If yes whether he recommend so,
6. If yes what will be the impact on other employees
