Dear all,
I am conducting a training to the first time sales managers on "Situational Leadership". I would like to use some case studies on these topics relating to the team management, incase you have some good case studies, please do share with me.
Thanks and best regards

Dear Dolphy,
You can take simple examples like - "Suppose your team members have to delivered 100% orders within 24 hours of order reciept" Though this on per-se will look very generic statement but you can assign specific tasks to the group to accomplish this goal.
This would work like this
- Summarise goal by trigger words - "Prompt service", "Quick service"
-Tasks to accomplish the goals are identified by people involved
@ Answering the fone
@ Completing the documentation
@ Competing the packing order
@ Shipping the order
@ Addressing the service related issues
Other example could be parent- child relationship
In-effective parent style - Same or one type of leadership style in different -2 situations
Rest for any doubts you can give me a buzz on 09956900099
