Is this correct that if you have provided in your appointment letter no. of leave for different category then management have to give all such leave in a year though you are not eligible for all no. of leave mentioned in appointment letter according to your physical working days. Some one told me that appointment letter is contractual so management has to provide all no. of leave in a year and until and unless all SL And CL is left management has no right to provide EL what is the process please suggest me

there is no need to provide a information about the leaves in appointment letter. and the candidate is not eligible for any kind of leaves for first 6 months and this period is depends on organisation to organization it may vary from 6 months to 8 months and sometimes 1 year.
after the person receives his confirmation letter he is eligible for all kinds of leaves i.e. PL-15 days, CL 6 days and SL 9 days per year.
Pl can be carried forward for the next year but CL and SL cannot be carried forward and even cannot be encashed.
