I am working on a project of employee satisfaction survey. Any one could please help me to do a statitical analysis of the data. Do any one have a sample data which can be used for this survey analysis.
Employee strength is 600
40 Quesions per questionnaire.
Indexes are Very satisfied, satisfied, neutral, dissatisifed and very much dissatisfied.

Why are you working on the project? Will you be administering the questionnaire to all the 600 employees? What are the aim and objectives of the survey? Have you any hypotheses? Are you collecting any demographic data? Are the questions grouped into categories? Is it a validated questionnaire or have you to determine its validity and reliability?

Yes, we are planning to administer the questionnaire to all the 600 employees. We have already defined the aim and objective of the survey, also we are collecting the demographic data. Questions are grouped into catagories and it is been validated by experts.
