a) Have you defined the objectives of SUPERVISOR TRAINING?
b) Did you obtain information or studied the nominees/trainees, whom you are going to deliver training?
kindly do not deliver training by just running the slides. PPT is just a supporting tool which contains basic information supported by your speech, but should not be a lecture.
Concentrate on WHY and WHAT EXACTLY NEED TO BE DELIVERED rather HOW TO BE DELIVERED.

From your reply, I conclude that, you haven't studied the PPT referred through link by Ms. (Cite Contribution). Also you do not possess adequate knowledge about SUPERVISORY SKILLS. You have to admit that, Its not that easy for your to deliver SUPERVISORY TRAINING, even if someone provides you the BEST PPT, you won't be able to deliver the same.
You need to learn more about the designation associated with these positions SUPERVISOR, TEAM LEADER, MANAGER and then study their ASSOCIATED ROLES to conclude SUPERVISORY & LEADERSHIP SKILLS. Kindly don't don't get confused with SUPERVISORY SKILLS with LEADERSHIP SKILLS.
I strongly advice you to get yourself trained by an experienced trainer. I recommend Mr. Dinesh Divekar to fulfill your requirement.
