We are about to start the Training & Development department in our organization kindly guide how should we prepare Training module, skill matrix for shop floor to managerial level also how to assess its efficiency i.e training effectiveness
kindly guide is any online / correspondence university providing with such courses

Hi Dhea,
How to measure its effciency regarding training- you should give question answer format related that training after completaion of that training. And after 3 months that department HOD also fill up other format with that employee, whether he can learn for that training.
In short u can give 2 format for measure Training Effctivness.

Designing the complete functions of a "T&D" is big. Starting with Training Need Analysis, it runs thro these Buliding of the skill matrix, Pre-trng assessment, Choice of the trainers, trng style, trng duration, trng location, Program execution, Evaluation of the program&trainers thro f/b. Building of the knowledge base for future reference.
Every of these tasks can once again be sub-divided. Create checklists for each and every one of these and come back to us.
