How do I draw an Attendance Policy and Compensation to Company engaged in On-site Training & Implementation Business. As my staff do not report on time, nor do they report their daily work schedule, how do i motivate or make them disciplined towards their work.

Go Ahead with any Biometric machine to capture their attendance and put some rule & regulations so that they can discipline about their working hours. Also initial the Time sheet mechanism to capture the productive time spent on site with different projects and the same should get approved by their line managers.
