Hi friends
I am new over here. I want to know the rules / acts governing the earned / privilage leave for probationers. I am looking for either the state govt act/rules or central gove rules / acts. I am situated in Bangalore. Can any one help me with this please?

Hi For probationers is it not necessary to give previlage leave until they complete 1 years of service with the present company!

Hi sahaj,
Generally probation is for 6 months and in that period employee can avail only Causal leave.
After completation of probation period, he/she can avail their Earned leave/ Privilage Leave on prorata basis or as per company policy.
