Hi,

I have joined in Company A exactly before one month.

Now I got offer from company B which is my dream company.

I have informed Company A about my resignation and requested for resignation for same. I told that I have personal Emergency as reason for Exit.

Now the notice period is not yet confirmed by Company A. Company's notice period is 2 months. But there is no contract between us.

I need to join Company B by end of this month.

I am not going to show my Company A's experience in my profile and I don't need Company A's relieving letter as well.

Also I have not informed company B about my current employment with Company A.

As I mentioned my reason as Personal Emergency, Company A does not worry about my resignation. Also I have not assigned to any project and no work started by me.

My question is, will it be ok if I join Company B by end of this month even my last working day with Company A will be after my joining with Company B.

Will there be any issues after I join in Company B?

Please help me with this..

It is unethical to do that; whether it is illegal only those that know the law can comment.

If you have not signed any contract and are prepared to forego the pay for the time worked, quit and go. But be prepared for any backlash. For example, if Company B should somehow get to know what you did, they they may consider you as unreliable.

See we have to have a professional ethics. Even the same thing occurred with me . I got a job in Tata group after joining in an organization. But i didn't resigned the earlier job still continuing with much passion.
But if you still in a position to move then go ahead with out taking the remuneration.
All the best

Hi,
Thank you for replying back.
I have resigned formally from Company A. They accepted my resignation.
Only thing is as I have only 1 month exp with Company A, I dont want to show it in my profile.
I think it wont cause any issues.
