Where should i complaint the non payment of gratuity against employer?
is any need to raise a complaint in ROC ?
please let me know the respective offices in delhi and their email address also .

If you are to get gratuity under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 then first decide which is your appropriate Govt. & then file a complaint before the area labour office for non payment of gratuity.

my company done my settlement but are not commenting on payment of Gratuity.
I completed 6 years of working and already sent form I by RPP. So many mails but no reply. Company located in Navi Mumbai - can anyone suggest where I can complaint
