The best HR practices in Indian Industries is followed in companies like Infosys / Wipro to name a few . Infact Infosys has won several awards for being the best employer . It is because they follow the best practices the employee turnover is negligent or almost nil . Try to go through their website for starters . Later on you can make a list or compile a list of good companies & after going through their websites you can surely get into their HR practices followed info. Presently i do not have any links to guide you & this is just a suggestion from my end. Something should definitely work out for you. There are so many other conglomerates in India like GE . Intel , Tata group who are also some of the stalwarts of having the best HR practices in house.
