Dear Mahendra,

You would find the templates in the links attached, as a point of reference. You may require to design one for your company based on the following areas:
  • The business requirement of the training/travel and every details including the start date , end date , program details , certification and etc.
  • The total cost incurred and to be covered in the agreement
  • Duration for which this agreement would be valid
  • Define the standards and non-adherence
  • What are the resulting actions to be initiated on such non-adherence
  • The escalation matrix to be followed in case of non-adherence
  • Consult the legal advisor on the draft that you prepare.
  • Communicate extensively with the employees, leaving no room for doubt.
  • Please do offer the option of not agreeing to sign the agreement , but that may amount to discontinuity in the employment with the firm.

Here are few documents for your reference:

Hi,
The best way to implement a training bond between an employer and employee is to motivate them by providing them a good trainings for Service management or for Behavioral trainings. After getting these trainings they feel motivated towards their quality work.
