Take your organisation as first part and the consulting as second part with full address
agreement between the first and second, effect from following date......
Second part agrees to provide manpower ....... to first part, on .... basis
the contract valid fromm .... to ....
pl fill the relevant applicable as agreed by the second party in their quote as agreed therafter with subsequent talks
add your terms and condition thereafter the sequence of discussion between you and second party
mark the commercial terms, mode of payment and statutory complainces
mark the termination and mutual cancellation policies
mark rampup and ramp down procedures and agreable with second party
mark apploicable national and festival holidays whcih you have discusssed in the subsequent interviews
mark the overtime details as applicable and agreed mutually
mark the demerages and debit notes as applicable
prepare scope of work in detialed format and attache to the agreement
also admit eht no of employee eon contract and get the form 1 certification from inspectorate of factory before allowing teh work
