I have joined very recently in a CFS(which is new to me), Chennai as HR - Head. I am studying the Job Description of each and every employee to arrive KPI. If any one who work for CFS, could you please share the KPI & KRA for CFS - Operations and Forwarding?
I have also searched in citehr website thread mails but could not find.
