Dear all Seniors I want to know, If one employee whoes PF Deduct on his First Job after resign from there he join new firm with salary More than Rs. 6500/- then PF is applicable to him or not ?

the concept of PF is not depended on salary sturucture .. it is depended on no. of employees in the company.... if they are more than 15 employees in the company than pf is deducted compulsorily...

sir yes in this company have also PF Code & Near 300 employees are work here. Please suggest on this matter

Mr. Mahesh is not correct. For statutory coverage of PF there are two conditions.
1. There should be minimum 20 employees.
2. Salary of any of the employees should be equal to or below Rs. 6500.
If the salary from the second job is above Rs. 6500, PF deduction is not statutory. But even though it is not obligatory, if both employee and employer wish; there is no restriction to join PF.
