Hi!
I have been asked to prepare set of questions to be asked during interview for teachers. I have worked on it and have prepared two different set of questions.
1) For Fresher (basic questions)
2) For Experienced candidates (qs based on competence)
But I haveto make only one evaluation sheet which has all the skills mentioned (communicatin skills, experience, leadership skill, tech savvy, Innovative skills, ability to interact), for the freshers and the experienced candidates. How do i go about it? Kindly suggest asap.

Hi Nisha
My suggestion is to group the questions that pertain to the evaluation of a competency so that the sum total can be simply added up and scored on your evaluation sheet. Alternatively ensure that the sequence of questioning on both the basic teacher evaluation and the experienced teacher evaluation measures the same competency and the totals of the relevant questions are marked on the evaluation form.
Example in both papers
Q1, 2, 3, 4, 5 will relate to evaluating the Communication skills
or
Q1,Q5,Q10,Q15, Q20 relate to evaluating Communication skills
Trust I have been able to give you the input you are seeking.
