Dear Mr. AVS
As a matter of fact the mind of gents are designed to do only one work at a time, whereas the Mind of Ladies are designed to do multiple task at any given time. If we cook food and simultaneously cutting vegetable then the food will get burnt or spoilt. But ladies can cook food, cut vegetable, have discussion about How to spend our Bonus/Salary and watch the TV Programme all at a time.
Anyhow to get the best result One job at a time is correct policy.
