Dear Nitin,
First of all check which form you have fiiled for this purpose . I think its form 13 which has to be submitted by your new employer which contains details of your previous PF account number and present PF account number alloted by your new company
It will need much more follow up with local PF office.

Dear Nitin,
Check with the company, because the forms could have been misplaced too. In case the amount has been transferred out, then ask them to provide you with a copy of the Annexure "k" which will contain the details of the amount transferred. Ask for the details of the cheque by which the transfer has been done. Use these details to follow-up with the office where your account has been transferred too. In case you are going personally speak to the PRO or the concerned sections Asstt. Provident Fund Commissioner.
Also the Nehru Place office is now shifting to Mayur Bhavan, Connaught Place. So check where the section dealing with your old account is at present.

Dear Nitin,
The process of transfer will happen as per the below process,
You submit form 13 to > New employer > New employer to RPFC attached > RPFC to the RPFC where the Previous employer has kept his account > RPFC to Previous employer, seeking Form 3A > Previous employer with Form 3A > RPFC > RPFC transfer the amount to New Account provided by the Current employer as per 2nd page of Form 13.
If any of the below process is delay or mis handled, then you can't trace your form. So better you get in touch with the PRO to trace the form. Else better get the Form 3A from the previous employer and attach with the Form 13 and submit to the current employer or to the RPFC directly.

Hi,
Since it has been too long that your PF has not been transferred I suggest you go to the PF website www.epfindia.com and lodge your complain with the details of submission of form 13 A for redressal.

Dear Nitin,
You need to contact your pre-employer for the same.
As they have to approve it and submit it to their RPFO(Regional Provident Fund Office). An inter-state transfer can take upto 6 months else 3-4 months.
All it depends upon the response of your pre-employer.

HI,
First of all, ask your current employer to give a receipt that was given by the RPFC when your form 13 was submitted to them. Once you have that in your hand, you will be in a better position to know the exact date of submission of form.
Next find out with PF deptt, the status aboot the same, whether the form has been processed or returned back(to the current employer for want of more information)
The easiest way though would be to refill the form, arrange for form 5/10 and form 3A from the previous employer, attach them with the new form 13 and forward to current employer to be sent to RPFC.
Best Regards

Dear Friends,
Yours versions all are correct. Apart from that the previous employer has to submit the Form 10 (Delitions) stating in that the particular employee is resigned and relieved on so and so date. As such his name is deleted in RPFC office in Form 9 and during the time of Transfer or Withdrawal of the PF these forms are also taken into consideration.

Write a letter to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner concerned, under Right To Information (RTI) Act, asking him to provide the details of the refund made, or if not made, reasons for the same. Affix a Court Fee Stamp of the value of Rs. 20 on the top of the letter, and mark the application as 'Request for Information Under RTI Act'. Send it by Registered Post AD, addressed to the 'Public Information Officer', Office of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, ..... (Full Address). This should produce fast results. If you do not receive a reply within 30 days (I bet you will), appeal to the next higher authority.
Please keep us inofrmed of the result through this forum.
