I am working in Bakery Industry , here I have started HR dept where 120+ employees are there. My company is 15 years old this is first time increments will be done according to performance.
So can you pls help me out and share your ideas about Evaluation of performance. Kindly attached the forms which can help me out.

im attchng a file of PAR. i myself havent gone through it in detail. but see if it helps you.
i dont think it wld be of much use as most of the workers at your firm will be unsklld in nature. still you may get some idea. search in net you will get a huge number ideas.
