Hello What are the circumstances which can make a employee black listed and where can we find the list. Regards Msavita
From India, Mumbai
Dear Savitha,
Unless the employee has committed a serious misconduct such as caught red handed while stealing company property he cannot be deemed as a black listed employee.
You cannot find such a list anywhere. But you can take preventive actions by verifying antecedents of employees being hired by you using a professional screening agency. You can also talk to the past employers to find out the reasons for their exit from that particular company.
Sharing information of employees with HR professionals personally will also be of great help. In other words HR professionals should volunteer to give true information about the employee when reference is sought for.

Hello Savita, It would have been better if you had given the FULL details on why you are asking this query. Rgds, TS

HI Savita ,
NSR - National Skills Registry maintains the candidate profile and verifies the authenticity of the same .
Blacklisting can be specific to that organization and certainly whn proved to be so >>> ...There are firms which lists "No Hire Companies "aswell.

From India, Bangalore
Dear Msavita
As Mr Kannan says, there is no such lists available.
There is no such term as "black listed" is used for employees or workers. It is a business term used for companies or suppliers who do not perform to the expectations.
Each company will have its own service conditions, rules of conduct, standing orders, work practices, company policies, disciplinery matters, etc. Keeping this as a base, if any employee violates these, it can be termed as an act of "Misconduct". In such cases, advisory letters, warning letters, show-cause notices, chargesheets are issued, enquiries are conducted, punishment order is given. The type of letters depends on the authority who issues and the discretion of the managements.
Based on this, you may have your own list of misconducts (as you say blacklisting !!) and take appropriate actions.
Trust the matter is clear.

Hello I am working in Payroll industry and I come accross many candidates like this hence I had asked this query M savita
From India, Mumbai
Dear Savitha,
It is correct many candidates are like that only but why they re behaving like that do you think any time just because of the need.I am not supporting them,in many cases management herself supporting the employees to follow unethical practices in their activities for their self gain because of that only when there is a chance and humble need they are doing like that.I have gone through so many cases and got conclusions from them.........First all the mngt should avoid encoragement to do so and keep the control on that works not to give chance to the employees to do so.............................

Savitha,
It is not a police station where you will find list of some names who are labelled "pick pocketers", "beware", etc. Nobody circulates such list, if at all if he has one.
Hence you will not be able to find any list posted anywhere. It is (Y)our duty to have cross check while recruiting, with the organization where he was employed earlier. You can decide based on the feedback.
