Dear All,
Thanks for liking my previous article on Self Development.
Here is another outstanding article on people development.
It provides a new strategy, new perspective on development of
Competency through training.
It is effective and holistic as it has a scientific approach. It is based on Directive Communication Psychology.
Its a must read.

This concept is more for progressive organizations, companies with a more "traditional" approach to T & D will not understand it and its benefits
From Indonesia, Jakarta
This is quite a unique concept, I can see why you say only progressive companies would do this, this type of structure works very well with companies who have a clear vision, if they do not, it probably will be difficult
From Indonesia
I think more and more organizations in today's competitive world need to be progressive and futuristic in their approach. And that's what innovation is all about. Training and development is a very important area which should work in allignment with both the current organization's need as well as the progressive world's need.

A very interesting and apt article! Thank you and Arthur Carmazzi for that. I think every company in the world would envision themselves as progressive. There are very few that would venture so far as to say we are traditionalist and would like to keep it as such. Progressive or not, competency development in your workforce is a goal that no organization would choose to ignore, and most would bend over backwards to achieve maximum competency from their people. I think where most of the idea is lost is in the translation: organizations doing the same thing over and over again with a different packaging but the content remaining the same. I think this paper helps identify how to do T & D the right way and not just fluff it up again. Thanks Sonali...Keep 'em coming!

Thanks for triggering a wonderful new insight into the way the behaviour-oriented programmes can be made more purposeful. As an l&d professional, i have always wondered how we can transfer the learning to the workplace and i used to feel a kind of void after the euphoria of the programme wanes down, the void -emanating from the obvious doubt as to whether anything learnt in classroom would really trickle down to actual work situations. this article certainly gives a new perspective on this aspect and i am sure that only giving a earnest try can make this approach work.

Bharath, Sumanth, Athena and R.K ... I completely agree with you all.
Learning and Development definitely need transformation. I feel all of us who are a part of the L&D team should take this on.
Learning occurs through experience, through reflection, through conceptualisation and through application. And I believe it also happens through sharing.

Hi Sonali !

Thanks for sharing such a nice Article by the great Arthur Carmaazi.

Today i want to share which i wanted to share for a long time:

I saw many people in India use the word Corporate trainer, Soft skill trainer, Motivational Trainer, They called themselves as Motivational Or Leadership Guru and then when you ask about the training proposal, they will give you one of the existing lousy one with lousy presentations and content. AND the worst part is that, they can give any training in any amount of money.

Its a fact that the knowledge is what people learn in their family, school, colleges and their offices etc but success everywhere depends on wisdom and attitude which is not learned from any book it is acquired by experience. And there comes the role of a trainer like us we know the vastness of mind, we have realized that their is enormous potential in everyone of us, We have researched on the ways to take out the best from any individual which will not only make him successful in his personal as well as professional life, he will also cherish the human life , he will also cherish the purpose of God sending him to this world, he will cherish his identity and many more things.

So training , rather I must say quality training on regular intervals are very much essential because as normally we eat thrice a day because there is need of energy after a regular interval of time so is the case with trainings.Training at regular interval will have a powerful impact on a person, personally and professionally.

The training potential is huge in India but this industry still needs to be organized. So a trainer who know how to train your brain, how to unleash potential within you with researched and experimented methodology, He should be well treated and well paid. Because they are like experienced workers in Coal mine who knows the difference between a coal and diamond, and also how to take out the diamond from that mine. It all depends on the owner of the mine, whether we wants more of coal or more of diamonds.

"The gap between what can be imagined and what can be accomplished was never smaller"

And what i like the best part of being a D C Trainer is that D C Trainings are very much organized with new concepts and methodology and run exactly the same all over the world. This is what i believe is uniqueness and effectiveness of a training and its impact.

" You have to learn the rules of the game. And then you have to play better than anyone else. "

As a DC Certified Trainers we will give our best to bring out the best in you, Because you are a very precious gift of GOD, for your family, your friends, your organization. So explore it and enjoy it.

God Bless

Warm Regards:
