Recently I tried filling the ESI monthly return and found that there are few details of employees present in the list who are not working in our organisation. What is the procedure to be followed for filling in order to remove these employees. Cud anyone throw light on this aspect.

If you Need the Employee Remove Required in Your ESI Portal Application you May Select Previous Month Contribution of Employee and Enter Reason for Leaving (Which is applicable to remove from the list).
