i m working as Exe-HR in a retail sector.i have to do some Emp engag.activities.i m looking for better and innovative ideas to do activities for my staff.i have cover most of the activities like painting competition.talent hunt,various games competition,craft,creation from waste to best,and so on... can i have some innovative ideas. that i can implement rather than repeating the same.and how to involve managerial staff in this for better improvement...
