Dear Ashok,
on top of what Phanish has said, I would like to add that 'change management' usually entail aligning organizational culture and people to incline to introduced or prospective change either in organizational operating strategy or business approach, alteration in organizational or business structure and/or modification/transformation in organizational systems.
Best regards,

Hi Ashok
I have a sightly different view of what change management is, for your consideration.
Change Management is like Project Management, …but it is the “people side” of projects. Research shows that Change Management is the #1 success factor for project teams
Change management is a process to proactively manage the people side of change to achieve the desired business results.
