TOTAL MISLEADING & CHAOTIC!!
It does not present any problem solving solution. Rather, it ensures mismanagement, as it teaches that the problem should be totally ignored and even should be hidden even from others not to get solved.

Dear Mahesh,
I wonder, as a Senior Member and super moderator, how you have appreciated it, as it is totally against the management traits and skills, as it teaches to hide the problems and not to get solved, rather to pass on the blame on others.

I think its a waste of time. Also appears to show a casual attitude.Get serious pl. I thought it was something worthwhile. If you thought it was funny you were right. But I think most of us who read it were not amused.

I think...no one needs to get excited...the presentation is a common occurence...those who criticise can post a flowchart and explain good and ideal situations instead of belittling something as i find that the "seniors" only criticise but doesn't pass on their knowledge!

Dear Rajinikanthv - Most who appreciate such silly things are not serious Managers. This PPT is suggesting to run away from the problem rather to solve it. In a lighter vein, it is a good stress reliever for the work shirkers or for those who always need a command to perform. They just listen an do. They just don't think and perform. They are just the followers and not the leaders. This PPT suggests them to run away from the work and let the others handle it.

Such people cannot find fault with even the stale food served to them. They will simply eat it and appreciate the food.

Real thing is how to handle a problem and then solve it by involving other and leading them to get to the bottom of the problem and make a cogent solution.

By seeking the solution dear Rajinikanthv, you too have put yourself in the category of the people who are not able to handle a situation on their own, but need a leader to command you to solve it.

I also concur with Mr. Dhingra. Moderator should refrain from posting their appreciation in such threads.

Dear Rajini Kanth,

I am not excited, rather disappointed to see the contents of the presentation posted by some person supposed to be a manager and also appreciated by several persons, who are supposed to be the guides and advisors while managing the work and leading their teams.

However, you are welcome if you have the knowledge to solve the problems merely on hypothetical basis, as you propose.

So far as seniors are concerned, I have not seen any such instance, where seniors would not have tried to suggest solutions to the real time problems posted by juniors. You may like to see hundreds of my own responses made so far on the propblems appearing on this forum.

Mind it, this is not the forum to make mockery of management. If some one appreciates such type of misleading contents and acts according to the suggested methods of the presentation, he can never be a manager or leader and can appropriately be labled just as a DAMAGER.

If you appreciate such things, that shows your own mentality to complicate the problems, not being serious enough to solve them, as a manager. Managers are not posted to complicate the issues or misguide their team members, like the presentation suggests.

You must know that any problem if not solved or intentionally hidden, results only in to multiplicity of other related problems. So, before posting or appreciating such misleading conents one must think several times how that can affect the thinking of real good managers and leaders.

1. I just meant those who criticise can instead suggest meaningful solution to counteract against the presentations in a professional forum like this.
2. There is nothing wrong in seeking an outstanding solution when expert HR professionals and even CEOs of companies are in the forum.
3. I don't think neither i have made any provocative statements nor am i appreciative of the PPT but disappointed that i could not find any instance of any tangible solutions in the 40 posts so far.
