Hi Everyone, wanted to know if there is any prescribed format under ID Act for recognising protected workmen under Section 33(3) of the Act. and the intimation has to be sent to which govt. agencies.

There seems to be no particular form to be used by the Trade Union for communicating to the employer of the names of their members who should be recognised as protected workers. Similarly, from the employer's side also an intimation to the Labour Department of such recognition is sufficient.
