Academics is only part of our 'Education’.
Academics will aid life,but it alone is not life.There is more to life.
Every first rank holder does not necessarily come first in life,and not all backbenchers have remined backbenchers in life.
In fact we often see the backbenchers later in their life controls the erstwhile rank holders.
Skills on communication, self-management,and relationship are today’s essentials.
The sad fact is none of these life-essentials is part our academic systems.
For a better world in future let every parents and teachers not only count children’s marks,but also,make their life count.
