Hi Friends,
I have my best friend who is expecting a answer for this question.Help me on this question
He has to join in which of these 2 companies(infosys or religare).he got selected in both but he got his joining date from religare which he have to join by end of this month but no communication from infosys.
He has 14 months for experience both as developer and tester.
Expecting good reply..

hi devi, what if he get the offer say some 3 weeks later...now what he expects is whether to accept the offer and join religare or wait for infy

if u decide to wait then probably ur at risk of even losing religare offer if infy offer doesnt come..
so join what u have in hand... practically, if infy offer comes in then the pnt of thinking wud come..
Also, if ur frnd can contact the HR of infy then he shud consult with them abt the offer letter..

in 99% cases, "We will update" in HR Terminology means we r nt sure to hire u or not. Dont mind me saying that but thats a bitter reality
so its better u tk the offer in hand... n if by chance the offer of infy comes then see their terms n conditions of employement, package, probation period. if all suits u then think of leaving religare... else have a happy stay there..
