I am looking for a HR Generalist role. So can any1 help me with the interview questions so tht I can prepare myself fully. Although I have 3 yrs experience into recruitment, I have no practical experience into paroll etc.. so if I am atleast theorotically prepared... I guess it colud help me. I have a few questions to which i seek answers... and if some1 cld add more probable questions tht a generalist role will require...
1. How is PF calculated?
2. PT- Professional Tax applies to whom?
3. Wht is ESIC and when is it applicable?
4. What is a standard deductions in a salary?
5. Salary format?
