Hi Tarun, i already have answered this question so just need to find it on my old posts..so just move your cursor on my user id/name and open the link "Find all post by Anilkr.arora" and thereafter need to find a thread wherein i have mentioned complete details on EPF else you can go thru the direct offical webpage of the EPE thru EPFO and get the complete knowledge of EPF and their periods of Return and other eligibilities. But yes i herewith attached a study note for your perusal with brief information on Labour Law. Hope this wud be beneficial for you.
