Can somebody tell me in a software organisation what below mentioned method is followed.
The performance appraisal method followed in the Organization is
i) Balanced Scorecard method
ii) MBO
iii) Any other method, Please specify.
If you have any details regarding the same then kindly give me some inputs with regards to a software organisation who has development team and Quality Assurance Team.
