To All,
1) Kindly let me know what are the procedure/ obligations of an employer under Gratuity Act, 1972 regarding registration of the firm etc.
2) We have permanent contractor and his employees are also working since long. Is the contractor also bound to pay gratuity to his workmen? If yes, what are the formalities he has to complete in govt. offices?

Dear N N Murthy,
Welcome to CiteHR.
This is to inform you that PG Act do not provide us the forms. Forms are provided by the applicable Rules & therefore first decide which of the central or state Act is applicable in your case & then go through those Rules to have form 'A'
