Hi Friends,
I've recently been given an additional responsibility of handling admin along with HR functions. I'm in the process of designing SOPs for admin(Security, housekeeping, cafeteria, electricity/genset functions). If anybody can help out on designing these SOPs or Process Manuals.

SECURITY:
Intially, with immediate effect start giving responsibility to security staff as following:
- daily meter reading of Electricity meter (for units consumed) - prefered night at 10 p.m. so u can observed the daily unit consumption
- daily meter reading of Photocopier machine (for units consumed) - to monitor daily copies consumption
- Educate them to switch off lights & AC where it is not required or sales staff are not available in office.
- Check their inward - ouward, visitor, attaendance registers...
hOUSE KEEPING:
for HK U PREPARE CHEKCLIST, to minotor the hourly work to be done by them
- Eductae them for consumotion & update us in case hk mateial changes ( in terms of quality & order item not matched)

I am a beginner in HR & Admin role. Now, even i have started to manage Admin activities of company. Now, Company is just 4years old & its growing company. Currently we are at expansion mode. Also we are formulating the SOP's for each aspect.
Please guide me what are the basic & important needs of an Organisation to be catered by Admin?
How it can be streamlined in Daily Activity role?
What are the contents for Admin MIS(Record Mgmt)?
