Hey commonnnn pan_mis82.
I think you are unecessarily raking up passions by coming to conclusions even before anything is said by the Court.
If you have been following the COMPLETE media coverage, everyone in positions of responsibility are trying their BEST to ensure that the RESPONSE TO THE VERDICT is NOT WHAT YOU MENTIONED: "hindu muslim Riots".
Pl grow-up and if you can't, at least don't add to the already delicate situation from our fraternity of HR professionals.
Frankly, it would been much better if you had started a thread to elicit ideas/comments/actionable points on HOW TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMUNAL PEACE after the Verdict.
Sorry for being so blunt--but with the string of fiascos/scandals hitting the country since the past few weeks/months--the latest being the CWG, the minimum we, as professionals, could do is: NOT TO ADD UP TO AN ALREADY WORSENING SITUATION.
