Hi All, There is a need for formulating HR policies whether it is an IT segment or Manufacturing Sector or Business Organisations, the role of HR is very critical. I am enclosing some hr policies and a standing order for the persons who are really very new to HR field and I hope all of you will find it this documents very useful.
