Hello! to all recently i'm join a company but i'm newly start my carrier in hr field by doing M.P.M same year but the company is small scale & hr dept.is also newly established & i'm the only person who handled this dept. as i'm mentioned earlier I didn't have experience so pls. can u suggest me how to establish dept. & how to start my activity . how will give preference to every activity. &which essential roles & function that is i'll do under this dept & which essential record that i have to maintain & format of that document is maintained pls. send me on my mail.address.
