Hi all, I am Hr Executive in a budding FMCG company and i am the only hr here. I want to start performance appraisal system . We have sales executive all over India with whom i coordinate on phone only. Can anyone please suggest me how shud i start it and what forms will be required.
Also please help me what other HR policies, i can initiate in my company as it is the beginning for my HR career.
