I want to know the Functional areas of an HRO in an Industry. What is the role of an HRO?
What are the Functional areas of an HRO
What kinds of Data he need require to maintain?
What are the Registers or Files an HRO has to maintain?
If they require some specific theories to work on?
Is it Mandatory that one has to be MBA (HRM) or a diploma in HRM to work as HRO??

As per me for the Professional Growth, MBA / Diploma in HRM is Mandatory.
