I have some idea about HR manual and I was earlier in Manufacturing industry.
Recently I switched over to IT field. Can anyone please provide a model (not the exact to copy) of HR manual used in IT industry? That is what are the variance we can put in IT field when compare to Mfg. industries?

Thats really nice. Thanx. But I need to write an HR Manual for my company. Its only few months old and since i dont have any idea I am sure I will get a breakthrough.
