I am Neha Sachdev , working as a Sr. HR Executive for AVL India Technical Centre . I have varioud employees working under me like Technicians , Test Bed Operators , Test Bed Engineers whose work includes working with various types of tools (including sharp edged / heated/ heavy equipments) and machinery, Handling Engine components, assembling and Dis-assembling engine/ working in shifts
I also have Sr. Engineers whose work involves sedentary working on Computer Machine.
I want to arrange trainings for them regarding their Occupational health / hazards , preventive measures to be taken etc .
Training or heakth check up like :
1. First Aid
2. Computer Usage & Caral Tunnels Syndrome
3. Office Stress Management .
Also please tell me how will the training be arranged . what will be the group size to be addressed ? What will be the charges per head , per group , per training .
