KPI's and KRA's
Please i need help
I need to prepare the KPI's and KRA's of the HR department, all the divisions of hr.
inadittion of the template that should be designed in.
i apreciate your help

KRA's & KPI's may be same in different organization, but I'll suggest the best way to define KRA & KPI is:
1. Study theory of KRA & KPI (PFA Theory of KRA & KPI information)
2. Define or if already defined then collect Job profile / Job description / Role & Responsibility
3. Check out the areas of Job Profile where you will get the results
4. That is KRA & Department performance in financial and non-financial measure
5. Condition:
• Specific.
• Measurable.
• Achievable.
• Result-oriented or Relevant.
• Time-bound.
