Dear CiteHR
I am Pharmacy Grad with 1 yr Exp in Sales with a MN Pharma Company and nearly 2 yrs exp as a Recruitment Executive with a Consultant in Mumbai.
I am Persuing Diploma in HR fom Wellingkars and Planning for Part Time MBA in HR Next year.
I want to make a career in training & Development in Pharma Industry which I feel is my core competency.
Please suggest me how to go about this.
Anticipating motivating suggestions from you all.

I am also a pharma grad.from DU and have worked in sales and marketing teams of MNC pharma companies. You are venturing in an emerging field and I am sure with the kind of new approach to disease management the training needs of pharma skills will also need transformation. I suggest you to go ahead and new ways will open for you. Do not forget to scan the international view.

Since you hav pharma background and you will gt a diploma in HR soon and a dgree threafter,you ill have suffecient basic HR related knowledge.
Related to the pharma industry you could do som distnce learning courses hich could b helpful.I would suggest th following conducted by BIOINFORMATIC INSTIUTE OF INDIA,NOIDA:
