hello everyone!!
i really wanted to make focus of companies recruiters on freshers that why they are not giving a chance to freshers. if they will not provide any opportunity to freshers than how could they be able to gain experience.
might be they are losing any talented candidate which can help their company to give his best to grow.
i myself is a fresher who had pursued MBA with specialisation in HR and is really disappointed of the upcoming vacancies where companies are looking for experienced candidates but i want to say to just give a chance to prove themselves.

hi...

I guess you have had few failures and you are speaking by only by your experience, we as a company hire 80% freshers, and i know my friends working as HR in many companies mainly prefer fresher as they can be tranied and groomed easily as per company requirements.

After doing a MBA in HR you shouldnt be loosing hope so easily, it just shows your immaturity, you need to be patient, Perseverance is the key to sucess. Keep trying till you suceed.

Now you have mentioned two things one is Freshers are not getting opportunity and other point is only exceptional candiadates gets job.

The fact of matter is its competitive market it doesnt matter whether you are fresher or experienced, company always look for exceptional candidates, as we are living in competitive world, no company is running for charity purpose.

If your complaint is fresher are not being hired, the answer is you are 100% wrong because there are plenty of opportunities available in the market in all industries across india.

You need decide whats the kind of opening you are looking at, which industry you prefer, are you flexible to work in any given conditions, is your attitude positive, are your mentally strong to handle pressure and crisis situation, set your expectations right of what you expect from a company.

So start focussing on your areas of improvement rather than complaining against the world, opportunities are plenty you need to go to different places adapt yourself and make yourself employable.
