Am working for a engineering service company.Am seeking help from you all.
Let me explain the problem.
X was worked for 2 years in our company.before 2 months he resigned and he left the company.He had taken advance and company laptop with him.He didnt come for exit interview because he started his own business in his hometown.
But now management asking me to get that things back.What is the procedure?
I have to send letter to his hometown address?How i can draft that?
Could you please suggest me.
