Gross salary of the employees comprises of two components:
Fixed pay and
Variable pay i.e. performance bonus
Fixed component paid on a monthly basis while variable component is performance driven and paid on periodic basis.

these payments made only after the Target achievements or successfully completion of projects etc.. . it is also a part of CTC.

It may comprise of all sort of incentives, bonus, allowances e.t.c.and the third part is deduction part which contains all sort of deductions like PF, ESIC, PT e.t.c
